ALL-WOOD Components, Inc. has been manufacturing quality alder dimension for the furniture and kitchen cabinet industries since 1978. The plant moved to its current location in Union Gap, Washington in May 1993. The plant consists of a 100,000 square foot production facility with an additional 30,000 square foot of inside lumber storage. The mill is capable of cutting one million board feet of lumber per month. Our diverse machinery has driven our aggressive growth. The plant can rip or chop first, depending on the order specifications. Our machinery includes 3 moulders, 3 tenoners, 8 gluers, 5 sanders, 14 chop saws, 13 defect saws, CNC gang rip saw, 3 Mareen Johnson gang rip saws, and a CNC router. As a result, our product mix includes squares, cut stock, edge-glued panels, moulder blanks, mouldings, CNC parts, and parts requiring endwork.
